Marty maintained regular text contract during our holiday regarding the welfare of our dogs.

I met Karen before she looked after our pets, she seemed very kind and most importantly my dog liked her. I was very confident that our pets would be well looked after while we were on holiday.

Carer Kristen has known our younger cat for the past 3 1/2 years. The older cat always remembers Kristen and understands that she is caring for him while the main family carer (myself) is away. Kristen has cared for the older cat since he was a kitten (from 2012 or thereabouts). This latest booking was the first time that all family members were away from the property leaving the two cats on their own. All went well :)

Tanya has cared for my cat a number of times and I have always been very satisfied with her care and also her keeping contact with me while I'm away. But I don't meet her so don't know about presentation or punctuality!

Amanda kindly sent texts and photos (and a video) of Pinocchio being fed and petted, which gave us peace of mind. She genuinely likes looking after him.

Karen is always very good, and suits both my cat, and me. I have confidence leaving Domino in her care - he can be a temperamental cat, but is fine with Karen.

I have used Marina quite a few times and have always found her to be reliable and punctual. I feel very comfortable leaving my cat with her, which is extremely important to me given that my cat is very timid.

Mary does a wonderful job - reliable, great communicator, and our fur baby was happy and healthy when we came home. Mary is happy to do additional tasks to help look after our home when we are away. We are very satisfied with her, and thank her very much.

Jane does an excellent job caring for our cat Alfie. She spends time with him after attending to his food and water and he loves this because he is very social! She always sends an update after the first visit and then later during the care period. Alfie is always super chill and relaxed when we get home so we know he has been well cared for! Thanks Jane ??

Marina has been looking after my crew of pets (of the dog and cat variety) for a few years now and we couldn't be happier. She does everything we need with ease (there are often small changes and medications etc) and the dogs LOVE her. We couldn't travel the way we do without Lonely Pets Club and Marina.
