Kylie has built up a great relationship with my cat, Rosie, who was so shy that she hid when Kylie first visited. Now they are the best of friends! I am always pleased to receive Kylie's messages, and to know that she is keeping an eye on things. I was extremely grateful for Kylie's dedication when my cat Oscar was ill last year.

Kylie really loves animals and it shows in the care she give my girls when I am away. She plays with them and takes good care.

Unable to comment on appearance as I have only seen Tanya once in the 6.5 years i have been using her. However Tanya communicates well and is prompt and reliable... she always leaves hilarious notes for my return which are greatly appreciated.
Tanya is now part of our family. The service she provides allows me to travel without worrying about how Matilda will be, which is saying something as Matilda is a high maintenance cat. When I returned home Matilda is always happy and relaxed which is the best reference you can give! Thank you

Alex and Ruby are both elderly dogs and had both been recovering from medical procedures as a result of a vicious dog attack. Yet, they were both very happy to see Jane on their first meeting so was a great sign. She kept me well informed of any developments while I was away, and both doglets were relaxed and happy when I got back. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and will definitely be booking her again :)

It is a great relief to my husband and me that we have been able to rely on Liz for many years. She knows our house and garden very well and is very skilled in caring for cats and chickens. She always confirms that everything is OK on the first day she visits and then checks with us the day before we are back. She follows instructions carefully, but also shows common sense when dealing with the occasional unexpected issue.

Our cats are in great hands with Bev. When we return home, it is obvious they have been well cared for. It’s lovely having a pet carer with a real love for animals. Bev makes time for them when she visits and we never come home to any cat mess. Thanks Bev.

Jen arrived on time for our 'Meet and Greet' and took notes of additional info that I hadn't added on the Initial info Form. While we were away, Jen texted us photos and updates of our cats so we knew that they were happy and receiving attention and pats. Jen also put our rubbish bin out for us. After her last visit Jen posted our keys, a magnet and a lovely note into our letterbox, so I didn't have to collect our keys once we returned home. Jen was friendly, helpful, kind and professional and next time we go away I will be definitely booking Jen to look after our fur babies :)

I've been very happy with the communication and all interactions with John. I felt he really took the time to understand how my cats are currently looked after and making sure that continued whilst I was away.
